Arena Time - Warranty and Maintenance
Your Swiss Time Piece is covered by a 24 month manufacturer's warranty from the date of your purchase.
The warranty covers against manufacturing defects (excluding the battery, crystal, and watchband.)
In the unlikely event you need to make a claim under the warranty, please contact email@example.com. To process the claim we will need details of the defect and a copy of your guarantee. You will be notified of the outcome of your claim within 14 days.
Please note the we have a designated service center in Melbourne Australia to deal with any warranty claims.
The cost of return postage for warranty claims is paid by the customer. Arena Time will pay for the postage to return the item to the customer.
ADJUSTMENTS AND MAINTENANCE
Adjustment to the band
In the event that the customer requires an adjustment to the band for a better fit, the watch can be taken to any reputable watch dealer or jeweler to be adjusted. This cost is paid by the customer.
When your battery needs replacing it can be taken to any reputable jeweler or watch repairer.
